So, you're having a baby! Congratulations!
I've got great news! You're going to have the best newborn photography experience you could imagine. Whether this is your first baby, or your fourth, I will make sure we get exactly what you want from your session. We can shoot in studio, or if you prefer a lifestyle session, we can shoot in the comfort of your own home.
Newborn sessions take between 2-4 hours, so this is the best of all possible situations. You can relax, feed your baby when they're hungry, play with baby's siblings, and just enjoy watching your newborn with his or her first portrait session.
When is the best time to book? Now! Book early, keep in touch, and let me work out the exact date once your baby is born. Newborn sessions are designed for babies 14 days and younger. Your session is a priority and getting the timing right is as important to me as it is to you. The best time to photograph is when they are 5-10 days old. During this time newborns tend to be sleepier and they curl up into poses better, not to mention the baby acne and colic typically hasn’t yet begun. I will set your newborn session on a temporary date (usually your due date). Once you have given birth, simply give me a call. We will solidify your session date for when baby is 5-10 days old.

Pricing and Process
Newborn pricing is the same as the other portrait sessions. The session fee is $200 and does NOT include prints, products, or files. Your images will be uploaded into a private gallery where you will make your purchases. Prints start at $30. There is NO minimum. Print collections start at $450. Any image purchased in print includes a complimentary web sized image for online sharing.
Grow with Me
My "Grow with Me" package is a milestone package.
The session fee for the set of sessions is $500.
You choose three sessions from the following: maternity, newborn, 3 month, 6 month, 9 month, one year.
You purchase what you would like in print (for family, walls, etc). Prints start at $30, and anything you purchase in print will include a complimentary web sized file for online sharing.
After the final session, anything you purchased from those three sessions will be included in an 8x8 luxury album with a beveled acrylic art cover (heirloom gift for baby, or a keepsake first year album), and the high resolution files from your purchased images will also be included on a crystal USB.
