It's been a crazy year - that may be one of the few things everyone can agree on lately. But that doesn't mean you can't celebrate the AWESOME things that happened this year. Life didn't stop happening. People are still spending time with their families, getting engaged, getting married, graduating, and doing all those things that give us all the feels.
You spent nine months growing a baby AND your family. You may not have a giant baby shower, but you can certainly have gorgeous newborn pictures to remember for a lifetime.
You spent YEARS earning that degree, only to find out that there won't be a graduation ceremony. Did you REALLY want to sit through the ceremony? Or are pictures a much more fun way to document that milestone? Focus on the fun, instead of what could have been!
He finally proposed! Are you going to let social distancing take the joy of sharing your excitement? No! You can still show your family and friends that moment.
As a wife and mother, I enjoy every year that goes by. Each year is another year I got to spend time with the people I love the most. It is another year of watching my children grow, learn, think, and become. It's exciting! And they change so fast! Each year with my husband is another year that deepens our love and our understanding of each other. I wouldn't trade that time for anything. So while the whole world may sometimes feel upside down, and while we may all be navigating unchartered waters, it's is STILL a great year to be alive. And that, my friends, is worth celebrating and remembering.
"Lori is an exceptional photographer, and was my first choice for capturing images of my son for his senior pictures!! She made him feel at ease immediately, traveled to the locations he was interested in, and captured who he is perfectly!" ~ Tonia R.
